Game Details:
- Knights of the Old Republic, more commonly known as KOTOR is an excellent game. I recently purchased it more mac and it has a lot of technical issues on Intel base macs. I was able to play through the entire game (twice actually) on my Macbook 10.5.5.
- Your Mac must meet ALL of the minimum system requirements below in order to maximize your Knights of the Old Republic experience. If you run the game on a Mac below the system requirements, you will experience severe performance issues and crashing. Operating System: 10.11.6 or newer. CPU Processor: Intel chipset. Mouse Fix: In order to get the mouse working correctly in Steam, you must go into the game folder and find the swkotor2.ini file. Rightlclick the game in the local library tab –> show package content –> c_drive /Program Files/Steam/SteamApps/common/” Once you are in the common folder find the swkotor2 folder, and find swkotor2.ini, open it with textedit, and change the setting: EnableHardwareMouse from 1 to 0. save the file, click exit, and enjoy :) For the Crossover fix go here…

When Using the DRM free GOG.com version of the game (Recommended), then you can use the Portingkit as well!
